When you run with Lyrical Opposition, you bring people together around something you believe in. You raise resources and awareness for artists and communities to learn, create, gather, and share.
Your training becomes a fundraiser. Your race becomes a platform. Your miles help keep creativity moving.

Why run for the arts?
From the start line to the stage.
You train. Your community gives. Creative opportunity grows.
Your fundraising supports Lyrical Opposition’s artist opportunities, community programming, creative infrastructure, and mission. It helps sustain the work across our four connected programs.
Entry arrangements depend on the race. Creating a fundraising page does not by itself guarantee an entry. Use the race’s Team Lyrical link and confirm registration before making plans.
How much do I need to raise?
Lyrical-specific fundraising requirements are being confirmed for each race. We’ll share them before you commit; another charity’s minimum may not apply to Team Lyrical.
What does my fundraising support?
Lyrical Opposition’s work with artists and communities: creative learning, artist development, community programming, and the spaces and infrastructure that make this work possible.
Can I help without running?
Absolutely. Support a team fundraiser, encourage a runner, or share why the arts matter to you.
