TEACHING ARTISTS + FACILITATORS
More than a classroom.
A teaching artist brings an active creative practice and a desire to help others learn. A facilitator creates the conditions for people to participate, exchange ideas, reflect, and discover together.
These roles overlap. You might lead a songwriting workshop, guide an artist conversation, demonstrate a practice, mentor someone, or share professional knowledge that helps artists sustain their creative lives.

Lyrical Academy — Learn.
Lyrical Academy is Lyrical Opposition’s arts education and creative-development program. It is the primary home for artist-led learning within LO.
Teaching artists and facilitators may contribute workshops, mentorship, demonstrations, artist conversations, creative skill-sharing, and professional development through select educational collaborations.
