LYRICAL OPPOSITION

Privacy &
third-party services.

This page explains the contact and external-service choices available on lyrical.co, the Webflow website of Lyrical Opposition, and how artist profiles and artist accounts work.

Contacting Lyrical Opposition.

Email and telephone links connect you with the organization using your email or phone application. An email includes the sender information and message you choose to send. For questions about information you have shared with Lyrical Opposition, contact lyrical@lyrical.co or call 415-650-4415.

Do not include payment-card details or sensitive personal records in a general inquiry.

Website hosting and forms.

This website is hosted on Webflow. Where a Webflow inquiry form is provided, information entered is submitted through Webflow. Review Webflow’s privacy information for details about its processing of website and form data.

Artist profiles and accounts.

Artist pages on lyrical.co show credits (releases, performances and projects) from Lyrical Opposition’s own artist database at api.lyrical.co. Loading an artist page requests this information from Cloudflare, which hosts the database, so Cloudflare receives technical details such as your IP address and browser.

Artists can claim and manage their own profile at api.lyrical.co/account, and anyone can send a booking inquiry there.

Signing in. You sign in with a one-time code that Cloudflare emails to you. There is no password. We keep the email address you sign in with to link you to your profile. It is not shown publicly.

Claiming a profile. We keep the proof you give us, such as a link to your official account or the name of the person who vouches for you, and a record of our decision. We never ask for ID documents.

Bio, links and photo. Lyrical Opposition reviews every change before it appears on your profile. Approved changes are public.

Photos. Before a photo is stored, hidden details such as the location where it was taken and camera information are removed. Declined, withdrawn and replaced photos are deleted.

Credit reports. If you report a problem with your credits, we keep your report, any link you include and our decision.

Notifications. When you send a claim, a change, a report or a booking inquiry, Lyrical Opposition receives an email notice. This system does not send you marketing email.

This information is stored with Cloudflare, which provides the database, file storage, sign-in and email notices. We use it only to run artist profiles and booking inquiries, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising. We keep a record of past decisions so profile history stays accurate, including after an account is closed.

Booking inquiries. Anyone can sign in at api.lyrical.co/account with a one-time email code to ask about booking a LYRICAL Artist. We keep the email address you sign in with, the event details you send (event name, proposed date and time, location, request, and any organization or budget note), the inquiry's status, and a record of each change. Lyrical Opposition reads inquiries and keeps private notes on how it followed up; you see the status but not those notes. We may share your inquiry and email address with the artist it's about so they can consider it, and with no one else. Sending an inquiry doesn't reserve a date. We keep inquiries until you ask us to delete one: write to lyrical@lyrical.co. A record that the inquiry existed stays in our change history.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to close your account, contact lyrical@lyrical.co.

Video, music, and external links.

Some pages include video players or links to YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, and Apple Music. Opening those services or loading embedded media may send information such as your IP address and browser details to the service provider. Their privacy notices govern those services.

From the archive. Some artist pages show posts from Lyrical Opposition's own Instagram, Tumblr and Facebook accounts that tag the artist, with the date, a short excerpt and a link to the original post. We choose which posts appear, and we leave out posts about young people, students or our Academy. To ask for a post to be taken off an artist's page, write to lyrical@lyrical.co.

You can read the supporting page text without choosing to play a video or follow an external music link.
